Investment Division

Conrad Properties Investment Division has three principle objectives:

Acquiring and aggregating large scale property portfolios from Australia, Canada and New Zealand

Purchasing individual assets upwards of 50 million USD in order to re-package and re-position for the Conrad Development Division

Focusing on acquiring and repackaging distressed debt portfolios

Private Equity

A Strategic Partnership

Conrad Properties has partnered with Tribley Asset Management (TAM) to form a strategic investment partnership arrangement to raise private equity for their seams fund.

This partnership positions Conrad to access quality private equity investors to co-finance its development and investment projects.

The Seams Fund has been formed to target demand for property for which there is currently insufficient supply. The Development and Investment divisions of Conrad Properties are actively sourcing properties for this fund and a new opportunity fund whereby assets are acquired and repositioned often with value-add property development and refurbishment.

Across our Developments, we seek to achieve Ecological and Aesthetic Harmony between our buildings and their natural built environments. We recognize the role of the community and the symbiotic relationship between its architecture, physical, communal and recreational environment.
