Robert Holden is the Principal and Founder of the Conrad Group of Companies.
After graduating from Victoria University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts, Mr. Holden worked extensively in commercial real estate agency and development with a number of New Zealand’s leading real estate companies, which gave him the broad knowledge and experience to build The Conrad Group in 1994.
Over the past 18 years, Mr. Holden has developed Conrad Properties and has personally supervised and overseen all processes from concept to completion for the 3500 apartments and retail units Conrad has developed in the past 6 years.
Mr. Holden has a strong passion for marine conservation which has lead him to establish the US based marine conservation Blue Seals. Mr. Holden is also an active director of the US based conservation group, One Earth. Mr. Holden and his family reside in Bermuda.
