Fiona began her career working for Hamptons International in London and then worked as sales and marketing manager for St James Group and Crosby Homes – part of the listed Berkeley Group in the UK. After returning back to her home in Sydney she joined Colliers International where she was promoted several times in Office Leasing and made some significant transactions within the CBD of Sydney.
